ICS Foods & Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead its governance framework, oversee labor law compliance, and manage statutory authority liaisons in Gurugram, Haryana. Tailored for professionals with 8 to 12 years of experience, this is a full-time, Work From Office (5 Days a week) position. The role is responsible for driving organizational risk management, leading internal/government audits, managing multi-state bonus and statutory filings, and ensuring corporate governance adherence across HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Governance: Ensure complete compliance under various central and state labor regulations, including PF, ESIC, Payment of Wages Act, CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act), Workmen Compensation Act, and Bonus Act across all operating states.
Statutory Authority Liaison: Function as the primary interface with government bodies and statutory authorities for inspections, licenses, registrations, and regulatory documentation.
Audits & Risk Management: Lead statutory, internal, and client-driven compliance audits, managing the closure of audit observations and corrective action items.
Policy Framework & Client Standards: Develop, deploy, and monitor internal compliance policies and operational controls tailored to meet both corporate governance and specific client requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to enforce compliance protocols and track regulatory changes.
Leadership Reporting: Prepare compliance dashboards, risk assessments, and executive reports for leadership review.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience: 8–12 years of core experience managing statutory compliance, labor laws, and regulatory governance.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws, statutory filings, government inspections, and compliance audit frameworks.
Core Competencies: Excellent analytical abilities, high ethical standards, problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder management.
