Job Overview
Caresoft Systems Private Limited is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Executive to join their HR Operations team at Mira Road, Mumbai. This role focuses on managing daily HR operations, employee lifecycle documentation, attendance and leave management, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, asset management, and HR compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily HR Operations & Attendance Management
Manage daily attendance, biometric records, leave balances, and regular attendance tracking.
Maintain complete and updated employee records, including dates of birth, join dates, and contact details.
Handle routine HR correspondence, internal announcements, birthday updates, and day-to-day employee queries.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Conduct initial HR round interviews following company frameworks and maintain recruitment applicant logs.
Manage new-hire onboarding formalities, document collection, background verification files, and personnel folders.
Issue official employment documentation, including Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
3. Payroll Inputs & Appraisal Coordination
Prepare monthly salary input files (new joiners, attendance, unpaid leaves, LOPs) and send them to the finance team.
Coordinate the distribution of monthly pay slips to all employees.
Support the yearly appraisal process by tracking feedback forms, maintaining appraisal records, and organizing increment letters.
4. Offboarding & Full & Final (F&F) Settlement
Facilitate employee exit processes, including resignation handling, clearance collection, and exit interviews.
Coordinate IT/company asset retrieval (laptops, accessories, WFH equipment) during offboarding.
Draft Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and hand off finalized documentation for Full & Final settlement processing.
5. Asset & Compliance Coordination
Track and manage records of company-issued assets (laptops, accessories, and remote work equipment).
Coordinate with the Accounts and Admin teams for Provident Fund (PF) updates, employee records, and payroll processing.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies.
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email management, and HR record-keeping systems.
Core HR Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of HR operations, lifecycle management, leave administration, and exit procedures.
Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and effective coordination.
Logistics: Candidates must be able to attend a face-to-face interview in Mira Road East and work full-time on-site.
