HR Business Partnering with business leaders and functional heads.
Workforce Planning and Manpower Management.

Employee Engagement and Culture Building.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
HR Policies, Compliance and HR Operations.
Attrition Analysis and Retention Initiatives.
HR Analytics, MIS and Dashboard Reporting.
Support onboarding, probation, confirmation and exit processes.

Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferred Industry
Candidates from Data Center, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Services or Mission Critical Projects will be preferred.
Candidate Preference
Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
