Job Description
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive specializing in In-House Recruitment to drive internal talent acquisition across multiple corporate functions. Operating out of our Sector 63, Noida office during mid-night shift hours, this role is responsible for end-to-end internal hiring—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent for US IT Recruitment, Business Development, Account Management, and Legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End In-House Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal positions, including US IT Recruiters, Business Development Executives, Account Managers, Legal Executives, and other corporate roles.
Requirements & Sourcing Strategy: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring mandates, draft job postings, and source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referral channels, and talent databases.
Screening & Pipeline Management: Review resumes, conduct initial HR screening interviews, assess culture fit, and build a healthy pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Interview Coordination & Assessment: Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and internal hiring managers.
Offer Management & Onboarding: Handle offer negotiations, notice period alignments, salary structuring, and candidate follow-ups to ensure high join ratio and smooth onboarding.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or In-House Hiring (prior exposure to a US Staffing setup is highly preferred).
Key Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with major job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS platforms, and tracking tools.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and pipeline reporting.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and candidate-handling capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule Alignment: Ability to work on-site in Sector 63, Noida during the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift window.
