Job Description
Vextara Info Systems is hiring an experienced Manager HR for an automobile dealership environment in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, high-volume bulk hiring, statutory compliance, payroll administration, and full employee lifecycle management tailored specifically to the automotive retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Bulk Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, driving high-volume bulk hiring for dealership showrooms, service centers, and frontline positions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Administer full lifecycle workflows including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations, while maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRMS records.
Payroll & Time Office: Coordinate monthly attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll inputs, incentive calculations, and HR MIS reporting.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations, managing PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and employee benefit processes alongside labor law compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Drive employee engagement programs, retention strategies, performance appraisals, and grievance handling.
Training & Development: Coordinate structured training and development programs for dealership and operational staff.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce; MBA/PGDM in HR is strongly preferred.
Industry Experience: Mandatory hands-on HR experience within the Automobile Dealership / Automotive Industry. Preference is given to candidates based in or near Whitefield, Bengaluru.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Expert proficiency in bulk hiring, HR operations, payroll management, and HRMS platforms.
In-depth practical knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
