Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
10+ years of relevant HR experience.
Mandatory experience in Contact Centre / BPO HR Operations.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Experience in volume hiring and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labour laws.
Experience in HR analytics, MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
MBA / Masterās degree in Human Resources preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel is mandatory.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Tekshiras is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Domestic IT Staffing. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, handling multiple IT staffing requirements, sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders, negotiating with candidates and managing offers, tracking recruitment metrics, targets and KPIs, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of IT Recruitment and Domestic IT Staffing, FT, CTH and CTC hiring models, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, IT technologies and technical roles, along with strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, candidate relationship-building, MIS, recruitment analytics and reporting skills. Experience in managing multiple requirements independently, working in a target-driven environment, achieving recruitment KPIs and mentoring junior recruiters will be an advantage.
