Job Description
Nexa HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Manager – HR / Deputy HR Manager for a client in the Construction / Industrial Flooring industry. The selected candidate will lead and manage end-to-end HR, Industrial Relations, Training, Performance Management, Compliance, and Administration activities across the Head Office, group companies, factories, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Manage the Performance Management System, including KRAs, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and drive Learning & Development initiatives.
• Implement employee engagement and retention programs.
• Prepare HR budgets, MIS reports, and workforce-related analytics.
• Maintain HR and ISO-related documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance requirements are followed at project sites and factory locations.
• Handle labour relations and support disciplinary action processes.
• Ensure POSH compliance and support related awareness and implementation activities.
• Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Ideal Candidate
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in the Construction or related industry is preferred.
• Experience managing HR operations for an organization with 100+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Labour Laws and Migrant Worker regulations.
• Strong expertise in HR, Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
