Job Description
Sawalsha Leasing & Finance Private Limited is hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the organization’s people strategy. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, HRMS/MIS, employee relations, and HR governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth management of the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Support and manage statutory compliance, HR audits, records, registers, and related documentation.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
Partner with business leaders and managers to address people-related issues and support organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, compliance practices, and the overall employee experience.

Experience: 5–8 Years
Industry Preference: NBFC / Fintech / BFSI
