Job Description
TalentBurst is hiring experienced Healthcare, Non-IT, and Pharma Recruiters to support its US Staffing operations. The role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified professionals for Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and other specialized non-IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Healthcare, Non-IT, Pharma, and Life Sciences positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for specialized and niche positions.
Recruit for Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, and other non-IT roles within the US Staffing environment.
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate experience, skills, qualifications, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, feedback, and other recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Develop effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple job requirements and ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles.
Handle niche and hard-to-fill positions through targeted sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
