Job Description
Ten11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR & Statutory Compliance Manager to independently manage HR operations, employee relations, labour law compliance, and multi-state statutory compliance across its growing PAN-India operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance management, employee lifecycle processes, and dealing with statutory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage PAN-India HR and statutory compliance, with a strong focus on multi-state operations.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments, Bonus, Gratuity, and POSH requirements.
ā¢ Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including HR policies, SOPs, documentation, and HRMS administration.
ā¢ Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
ā¢ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, exits, and related documentation.
ā¢ Manage statutory audits, labour inspections, compliance records, and supporting documentation.
ā¢ Prepare HR MIS, compliance trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
ā¢ Coordinate with senior management, external consultants, and government authorities on HR and compliance matters.
ā¢ Develop and maintain effective HR processes to ensure consistent compliance across multiple locations.
Required Skills
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.
ā¢ Excellent knowledge of Indian labour laws and multi-state compliance requirements.
ā¢ Experience managing EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and POSH compliance.
ā¢ Strong HR documentation, drafting, analytical, and reporting skills.
ā¢ Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and domestic inquiries.
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
ā¢ Experience with greytHR, HRMS, and MS Office will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
ā¢ MBA / PGDM in HR or Personnel Management is mandatory.
ā¢ 8ā12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Labour Law, and Statutory Compliance.
ā¢ Strong experience managing multi-location or PAN-India compliance.
ā¢ Candidates from Hospitality, QSR, Retail, Airline, Railway/Transit, or other Service industries will be preferred.
