Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, or Marketing HR. The role will have hands-on responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics. Candidates must have relevant HR experience within the Media / Entertainment / Advertising / Marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
Handle hiring across Corporate, Creative, Media, Marketing, and Sales functions.
Manage Performance Management System (PMS), including KRA and KPI processes.
Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Manage the complete employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR Operations.
Handle employee relations and support resolution of workplace concerns.
Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
Track HR analytics, recruitment metrics, and people-related data.
Manage multiple open positions independently and ensure timely closures.
Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on HR experience.
Relevant HR experience in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, or Marketing is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment and Performance Management.
Excellent understanding of KRA, KPI, appraisal, and PIP processes.
Experience handling multiple recruitment requirements independently.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS.
Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
