Kanishk Consultancy is offering an HR Training and Internship opportunity for motivated candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Selected candidates will receive practical HR training and hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, along with an opportunity for a stipend-based internship or job opportunity. Key responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels, screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates, conducting initial candidate communication, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, following up with candidates regarding interviews and joining, assisting with onboarding and joining formalities, supporting employee engagement and basic HR operations, preparing recruitment reports and daily updates, and coordinating with HR and recruitment teams. Candidates will also develop professional communication and interview-handling skills. Training and learning opportunities include practical HR and recruitment training, hands-on experience with recruitment processes, exposure to real-time HR operations, candidate sourcing and screening techniques, interview coordination and follow-up, professional communication skills, HR documentation and reporting. Candidates may receive an internship certificate or experience and may have an opportunity for an HR job based on requirements and selection. Freshers interested in HR and Recruitment, graduates and postgraduates from relevant disciplines, candidates looking for HR internship opportunities, and candidates looking to start or restart their HR careers can apply. Good communication skills and willingness to learn are preferred. The selection process will be conducted through a walk-in interview at Flat No. 305, Sree SV Sai Sreenivasam Residency, Metro Pillar No. 900, Near Pochamma Temple, Balanagar Main Road, Moosapet, Hyderabad 500018, Telangana.
