Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro to lead multi-country payroll operations in Bangalore. The position requires 14ā18 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems or HRIS and offers a salary of up to ā¹25 LPA. The role is based on a work-from-office model and falls under Band BPO 6/7.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end multi-country payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. The role will involve overseeing payroll performance, workload balancing, incident resolution and customer satisfaction while acting as an escalation point for payroll-related risks, issues and decisions.
The candidate will perform end-to-end quality control and ensure adherence to payroll process controls. Responsibilities will also include training and mentoring team members on payroll processes and controls and serving as the primary liaison between payroll teams and clients.
The role will involve preparing monthly SLA metrics, dashboards and management reports, supporting payroll implementations and transition activities, and ensuring compliance with country-specific payroll laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
The selected professional will work closely with Business, HR and IT leadership to resolve complex payroll issues and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across global payroll delivery.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field and 14ā18 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems or HRIS. ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro experience is mandatory. Strong experience in global or multi-country payroll processing is required, along with exposure to US, UK and Middle East payroll.
Experience across regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC and ASEAN is preferred. Experience managing mid-size payroll operations and teams, along with payroll implementation and transition experience, is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations and compliance requirements is essential. The candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, analytical, critical-thinking and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP or Workday will be an advantage.
