Job Description
KSK Recruiters is looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive with hands-on expertise in PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The role will serve as a key point of contact for employee HR queries while ensuring timely completion of compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PF/EPFO and UAN activities, including registration, KYC, transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries.
Handle ESIC/ESI registration and resolve employee-related queries.
Coordinate with EPFO/ESIC authorities and external vendors.
Manage statutory and labour compliance, including Shops & Establishment requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR Operations queries.
Coordinate insurance claims and reimbursements with TPA and insurance teams.
Manage employee documentation, including appointment letters, ID cards, and joining formalities.
Handle end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new joiners.
Maintain HR MIS, trackers, statutory records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure employee requests are resolved within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support other HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
1ā4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of PF, EPFO, UAN, and ESIC processes.
Experience in statutory and labour compliance.
Good understanding of Shops & Establishment compliance requirements.
Exposure to Background Verification (BGV) processes.
Experience coordinating insurance claims and reimbursements.
Strong employee query-handling and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related documentation.
Ability to work within defined TATs and manage multiple HR activities effectively.
