HR Executive
Location: Gurugram
Preferred Candidate: Female
Experience: 2-5 Years
Cogent Transware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to independently manage HR Operations, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management, and HR MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, and separation.
* Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
* Ensure timely statutory and labour-law compliance.
* Drive KRA/KPI implementation and performance review processes.
* Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
* Prepare and submit monthly HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, performance, and compliance.
* Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Candidate Profile:
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Management, or a relevant field.
* 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, and statutory compliance.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS, documentation, and reporting.
* Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks to closure.
