The positions focus on partnering with business leaders and HR teams to build learning strategies, leadership capabilities, talent development initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
Role 1: Manager – Learning, Leadership & Organization Development
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Head – Talent, Learning & Organization Development
Key Focus Areas
Partner with leaders and HRBPs to design and implement annual learning plans aligned with organizational and business requirements.
Drive behavioural and leadership development programmes to strengthen leadership capabilities and support employee development.
Lead organization development and culture-building initiatives that contribute to organizational effectiveness and a positive workplace culture.
Facilitate workshops focused on team effectiveness, collaboration and change management.
Design and deliver learning interventions that address identified capability and development needs.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA or PGDM in HR, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Psychology or a related field.
6–9 years of experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development or Organization Development.
Strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, learning analytics and stakeholder management.
Role 2: Manager – Learning & Leadership Development
Location: Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Head – Talent, Learning & Organization Development
Key Focus Areas
Partner with leaders to design and deliver technical, behavioural and leadership development programmes.
Execute leadership capability frameworks and coaching initiatives to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Drive High Potential talent development programmes and support the development of future leadership talent.
Support leadership assessments and development planning activities.
Contribute to talent development initiatives that improve organizational capability and leadership readiness.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA or PGDM in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or a related field.
6–9 years of experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development or Talent Development.
Experience in High Potential development programmes, talent reviews and leadership assessments is preferred.
