DBS Bank is hiring for a role within the Total Rewards function.
Total Rewards Role Key Accountabilities
The Specialist will support the end-to-end planning and execution of rewards programs for DTI. The position is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of specific components of compensation programs and initiatives while ensuring appropriate local implementation within the context of global guidelines.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of group compensation initiatives while ensuring appropriate local implementation within the context of global guidelines.
Design components of compensation programs that can result in significant and long-term improvements to the companyβs compensation offerings and policies while ensuring optimal budget utilization.
Own and partner on key reward processes including annual compensation review, variable pay, sign-on and retention cases and reward grievance handling.
Monitor internal pay ranges and undertake competitive analysis and market trend assessments to provide expert guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment for new hires and internal movements across business units and functions.
Partner in designing and developing training, education and communication materials for the implementation of global or local compensation programs.
Design and administer employee recognition and reward programs to foster a culture of appreciation and employee engagement.
Work closely with DBIL CBG and external vendors to develop engagement initiatives that promote financial awareness and expand employee choice.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the organizationβs total rewards offerings.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in compensation, benefits and recognition management.
Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation planning, performance-based rewards and employee benefits.
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3β5 years of experience in a rewards or compensation-related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficient in data analysis, market research and benchmarking techniques.
Strong understanding of compensation planning, benefit design and recognition management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven recommendations.
Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools.
