Position: Recruitment Specialist Location: Mumbai CST Work Model: Work From Office, 5 days a week Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, including 3+ years in ERP recruitment Job Description: Xpedeon is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role requires hands-on experience in international hiring across the Middle East, UK, and US markets, along with expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, particularly within the ERP and SaaS domains. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. * Drive international hiring across the Middle East, UK, and US markets. * Recruit for ERP, technology, sales, presales, implementation, consulting, development, and support roles. * Build talent pipelines and engage with passive candidates. * Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements. * Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and professional networking for effective sourcing. * Manage candidate experience, offer negotiations, and recruitment service-level agreements (SLAs). * Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights. Requirements: * 5+ years of recruitment experience across IT and non-IT hiring. * At least 3 years of experience in ERP recruitment. * Proven experience in international recruitment across the UK, Middle East, and US. * Strong understanding of ERP functional and technical roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
