Job Description
Manage employee onboarding, joining documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate HR MIS, employee databases, and HR records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and prepare monthly HR reports.
Handle employee queries and provide support for day-to-day HR Operations.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance activities.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and people-related initiatives.
Provide recruitment support, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to support recruitment requirements.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
Support labour compliance activities and maintain relevant records.
Use MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS for employee data management, reporting, and HR operations.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across HR activities.
