Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including joining, documentation, employee engagement, transfers, and exit formalities.
Conduct and coordinate Background Verification (BGV) activities for employees.
Develop, update, communicate, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Manage attendance, leave, late marks, absenteeism, and employee records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
Maintain HRMS, employee databases, HR trackers, and HR MIS reports.
Support policy development, process improvement, and various HR initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate employee clearance and full & final settlement processes.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Work closely with employees and management to support a positive and structured workplace environment.
