We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional who can take ownership of recruitment, team management, manpower planning, and HR operations across multiple cities for our expanding team in Wakad, Pune. Immediate joiners are preferred. We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional with strong team-handling, recruitment, and manpower-planning experience who can work independently and closely with senior management. Key requirements include strong team handling and people management experience, multi-city manpower planning, strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience, hands-on experience in HR policies and processes, good knowledge of employee engagement and retention, experience in performance management and HR operations, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to independently handle HR responsibilities. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred, with automobile, insurance, and banking or financial services also considered. Key responsibilities involve managing and driving HR operations, leading and mentoring the HR team, handling end-to-end recruitment, driving multi-city manpower planning, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee engagement, coordinating performance management processes, and working closely with senior management.
