Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition with 4 to 7 years of experience. Preference is given to candidates with bulk hiring experience strictly from QSR, retail, food and beverages, or hospitality industries. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Ristara Foods covering outlets, corporate, food production, and warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include partnering with outlet operations and department heads to understand manpower requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, campus drives, employee referrals, NGO connects, job fairs, and recruitment consultants, building a strong talent pipeline for high-volume and high-attrition QSR roles, mentoring the recruitment team, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, managing offer negotiations, documentation, onboarding handover, tracking recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding, and overseeing induction processes and staffing readiness for new outlet launches. Qualifications include a bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with an MBA or PGDM in HR preferred. Skills required include strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage high-volume recruitment within tight timelines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, data-driven approach to recruitment reporting, and willingness to travel across outlet locations in Bengaluru.
