Responsibilities:
- Manage international HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support HR processes for international business operations.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation and reporting.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Handle HR operations and employee-related queries.
- Support compliance and process improvement activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 5-12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in International HR Operations is required.
- Candidates from Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Exposure to international operations is mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
