The role provides analytical and administrative support for employee benefits programs. The position is responsible for accurate data management, compliance monitoring, benefits administration, vendor coordination, benefits utilization analysis, and cost analysis. The role helps employees maximize their benefits while maintaining program efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete insurance lifecycle for the Asia Pacific region, including policy renewals, coverage assessments, additions, deletions, and modifications.
Manage dependent enrollment processes and verify eligibility documentation.
Serve as the primary liaison between employees, HR teams, and insurance providers to resolve coverage questions and facilitate smooth policy administration across multiple countries.
Provide guidance and resolve queries from managers, employees, and HR teams regarding benefits policies, procedures, and documentation requirements across diverse APAC regulatory environments.
Manage the end-to-end car lease program, including employee eligibility, inclusion, deletion, expiry, and employee support.
Administer voluntary and country-specific benefit programs, including the National Pension Scheme, meal vouchers, 12% Provident Fund contributions, Workerβs Compensation, and other optional plans.
Manage and approve employee transactions in Workday related to benefits and leave or absence administration.
Manage and respond to queries, maintain accurate records, and provide data for reporting.
Key Skills and Requirements
Compliance focus, analytical ability, benefits vendor management, documentation skills, and an employee-centric approach.
Good understanding of core HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a Workday HR environment is preferred. Experience with a similar HR ERP system is desirable.
Knowledge of case management tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelorβs or Masterβs Degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
Two to four years of experience in an HR or client services role is preferred.

The role requires good customer service skills, proactive problem-solving, strong teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to drive change and improve efficiency.
