Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Responsibilities include acting in a generalist capacity for onboarding and induction, employee and team development, strengthening the employer brand, shaping a holistic working environment supporting work-life balance and employee well-being, consulting and supporting employees and managers, creating learning and development interventions based on training need identification, managing employee data on Workday, supporting subsidiary management, contributing to HR projects such as Great Place to Work Certification and process design, acting as contact person for governmental authorities, ensuring legal compliance with national employment laws like POSH, PF, PT, and ESIC, and implementing corporate HR standards in collaboration with HR International at the headquarters in Austria. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, eight to ten years of professional experience in HR, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday. Industry: Renewable Energy, Welding Technology, and Solar Electronics. Employee Size: 5000+ employees.
