Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned Bangalore region, covering sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Drive campus hiring initiatives across colleges and universities for entry-level and internship requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement officers, and educational institutions.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in drives, and other recruitment events.
Manage lateral hiring for business and support functions across the assigned region.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection processes, and offer closures with business stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partner with Regional and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined TATs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, hiring dashboards, and regular recruitment reports for management review.
Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, selections, offers, and joining ratios.
Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants as required.
Support employer branding and regional recruitment initiatives.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline

Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics skills are required. Willingness to travel for campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment activities is preferred.
