Industry: Information Technology and Business Solutions. Employee Size: 50-200 Employees. ITISH Business Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for their office located in Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore. Interview modes are available via Face-to-Face or virtual discussion. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. Roles and responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment for various positions across different levels, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates, managing candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process, negotiating salary packages, managing offer rollouts, driving offer acceptance, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding, maintaining recruitment trackers, daily reports, and hiring MIS, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements, and ensuring timely closure of open positions and achievement of recruitment targets. Required skills include strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent sourcing and screening skills, good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously, strong follow-up and coordination skills, and expertise in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. Immediate joiners are preferred.
