SI-GPT is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead specializing in the Semiconductor/VLSI industry to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment for specialized engineering and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Semiconductor/VLSI engineering and leadership positions.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Manage recruitment for specialized technical roles across RTL Design, Verification, Physical Design, Static Timing Analysis (STA), Design for Testability (DFT), Analog Design, Layout, Design Verification (DV), Electronic Design Automation (EDA), and related VLSI domains.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified semiconductor and VLSI professionals through multiple sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Business Leaders, and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, turnaround time (TAT), and closure rates.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Monitor VLSI industry trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality semiconductor talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Semiconductor/VLSI industry.
- Strong understanding of VLSI, ASIC, and SoC engineering roles and technical skill sets.
- Proven experience recruiting for niche and senior-level technical positions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing recruitment targets and leading a talent acquisition or recruitment team.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other talent channels.
- Excellent negotiation, candidate engagement, and offer closure skills.
