Job Description
Accruit AI is hiring a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist for a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. This contractual position (with an annual renewal clause) focuses on managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, induction programs, and offboarding formalities.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and drive dynamic engagement initiatives.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee benefits.
Ensure organizational adherence to HR policies, statutory documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals, and review cycles.
Maintain HRIS databases, accurate employee records, and generate periodic MIS reports.
Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 3ā4 years of proven hands-on experience in HR Generalist functions.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS tools, attendance management systems, and MS Office.
Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Solid understanding of HR processes, labor practices, and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a strong people-first mindset.
