Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Training Manager / Learning & Development (L&D) Manager for its Hyderabad location. The role involves leading employee learning initiatives, developing training programs, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), supporting compliance training, and enhancing employee capabilities across multiple business functions.

Experience: 5–8 years in Training, Learning & Development, or a similar role
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund (PF)
Working Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Shift Timings:
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Travel: Occasional travel to Mumbai and other locations based on business requirements.
Joining Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) across departments.
- Design and deliver employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Develop and conduct training on SOPs, customer service, compliance, leadership, and technical processes.
- Conduct Fire and Life Safety training and support statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop training calendars, manuals, presentations, assessments, and other learning materials.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple business functions to manage employee learning and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, gaming, entertainment, amusement, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, SOP implementation, employee development, and compliance training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage training programs and coordinate across multiple business functions.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required for effective communication with teams in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days are preferred.
