Job Description
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, cultural events, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, learning sessions, and other Learning & Development initiatives.
Drive onboarding activities and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
Develop and support employer branding and internal communication campaigns.
Manage training calendars, participant attendance, feedback collection, and learning records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners for the smooth execution of L&D programs.
Track employee engagement and training effectiveness through reports, analytics, and feedback.
Support the development of a positive workplace culture and continuous learning environment.
Organize employee events and engagement initiatives while ensuring effective coordination and execution.
Create and maintain relevant HR, training, and engagement documentation and trackers.
Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines effectively.
Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, presentations, and program coordination.
