We are hiring an HR Generalist with strong recruitment experience. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment (80%) and HR Operations (20%), including hiring for IT and Non-IT positions, particularly Domestic and International Customer Support Executive roles.
Recruitment Responsibilities - 80%:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, particularly Domestic and International Customer Support Executives.
Manage high-volume recruitment requirements within defined TATs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, stability, shift flexibility and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Drive offer acceptance and joining conversions.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for recurring customer support requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Support recruitment for other business functions as required.
Work closely with business managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
HR Operations Responsibilities - 20%:
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Ensure completion of employee documentation and HRMS updates.
Conduct / coordinate employee induction.
Handle employee grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
Support attendance and leave-related activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities.
Assist with exit formalities and exit interviews.
Provide support for payroll inputs and employee data validation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, processes and employee communications.
Candidate Profile:
2-5 years of experience in HR Recruitment / HR Generalist roles.
Strong experience in volume hiring, preferably for Customer Support / BPO profiles.
Experience hiring Domestic and International Customer Support Executives preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and strict hiring TATs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Ability to independently handle recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.
