Kanishk Consultancy is hiring motivated candidates for the HR Trainee position in Hyderabad, Telangana. This opportunity is suitable for freshers, graduates and postgraduates from relevant disciplines who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Selected candidates will receive practical HR training and hands-on exposure to recruitment activities and HR operations, with an opportunity for a stipend-based internship or job depending on requirements and selection. Responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. The role also involves following up with candidates regarding interviews and joining, assisting with onboarding and joining formalities, supporting employee engagement activities, preparing recruitment reports and daily updates, and coordinating with HR and recruitment teams. Candidates will gain practical knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing and screening techniques, interview coordination, professional communication, HR documentation, reporting and real-time HR operations. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are preferred. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and individuals looking to start or restart their careers in HR. Internship experience or a certificate and a potential HR job opportunity may be available based on performance, selection and organizational requirements.
