Kanishk Consultancy is inviting applications for the HR Intern position in Hyderabad, Telangana. This opportunity is designed for freshers, graduates and postgraduates from relevant disciplines who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Selected candidates will receive HR training and hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and day-to-day HR operations, with an opportunity for a stipend-based internship or job based on organizational requirements and selection. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable profiles, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment databases and trackers. Interns will also follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining, assist with onboarding and joining formalities, support employee engagement and basic HR operations, prepare recruitment reports and daily updates, and coordinate with HR and recruitment teams. The training program offers practical learning in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, professional communication, HR documentation and reporting, along with exposure to real-time HR operations. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are preferred. This opportunity is also suitable for individuals looking to start or restart their careers in HR. An internship certificate or experience and a potential HR job opportunity may be offered depending on performance, selection and organizational requirements.
