Job Description
Manage day-to-day HR Operations and HR Generalist activities.
Handle employee engagement, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
Manage attendance, leave, HRMS, employee records, and HR documentation.
Support end-to-end recruitment based on business and workforce requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, lifecycle processes, and exit formalities.
Address employee concerns and handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with managers on performance management and employee-related issues.
Drive initiatives to improve employee experience and reduce employee attrition.
Support workforce management and manpower-related requirements.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee data and support HR reporting and operational requirements.
Collaborate with business managers and internal teams to address people-related challenges.
Support the overall employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
