Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR functions and ensure smooth execution of HR operations across the organization.
Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accurate processing of employee salary inputs, attendance, leave, and related records.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and follow-up actions.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience, motivation, and retention.
Handle employee grievances, employee relations issues, and workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage HRMS, employee data, HR MIS, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate and support HR audits, compliance documentation, and statutory records.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Partner with management and department heads to address workforce requirements and people-related challenges.
Independently manage day-to-day HR functions and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
