The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization across recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance. The role includes handling the complete employee lifecycle such as onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. The selected candidate will maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave, personnel files, and all HR documentation. Responsibilities also include coordinating monthly payroll inputs, salary revisions, employee benefits, and statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws. The role will support employee queries, grievances, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, SOPs, internal communication initiatives, probation confirmations, performance appraisals, PIPs, exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, audits, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. In recruitment and talent acquisition, the candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for assigned positions, understand manpower requirements, coordinate with department heads on hiring priorities, source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, coordinate interview rounds, manage candidate communication, salary discussions, selection, offer issuance, background verification, and joining formalities. The role requires maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports while ensuring timely closure of open positions as per approved manpower requirements.
