Job Description
SolarSquare is looking for a strong hands-on HR Operations professional with ownership and execution capability across onboarding to exit, payroll, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, process automation, and employee engagement. The role is focused on end-to-end HR operations and BAU activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee movements, HR documentation, payroll inputs, and exits. The selected candidate will ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation, drive adherence to HR processes, policies, and SLAs, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions. The role also includes managing and mentoring the HR Operations team, allocating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities further include coordinating monthly payroll activities, partnering with Finance and Payroll teams for validation and issue resolution, managing resignation, clearance, full and final settlement, and exit documentation, working on HR systems and data accuracy, driving automation and digitisation initiatives, developing HR dashboards and MIS reports, and supporting stakeholder management across business leaders, employees, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams. The role also involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, HR campaigns, and continuous process improvement, while preparing regular HR Operations MIS, monitoring SLAs, and participating in HR audits and governance activities.
