Job Description
Vaidik HR is looking for a sharp, high-energy Non-IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Non-IT recruitment. The role will focus on end-to-end hiring across core business functions and sourcing exceptional talent across fast-paced business domains and multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership roles.
Source and attract candidates across Retail, D2C, BFSI, FMCG, and Agritech industries.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines that convert into successful hires.
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring expectations.
Coordinate and streamline interview processes with hiring stakeholders.
Deliver a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify passive candidates.
Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments based on role requirements.
Manage candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, negotiations, and hiring closures.
Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and hiring updates.
Take ownership of assigned positions and ensure timely closures.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Leadership roles.
Exposure to Retail, D2C, BFSI, FMCG, or Agritech hiring is preferred.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, and professional networks.
Excellent candidate screening and evaluation skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
Ability to engage and close passive talent.
Result-oriented, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
