The organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment across Supply Chain and Finance functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver high-quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience.
In this role, you will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, starting from intake discussions, role definition, and sourcing strategies to offer negotiation, onboarding support, and candidate engagement throughout notice periods. You will build high-quality, diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, professional networking, referrals, and specialized channels. Core responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting thorough candidate evaluations, managing interview workflows, delivering talent market insights, and driving offer closure.
Key hiring portfolios include Supply Chain positions spanning Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, HSE, Continuous Improvement, R&D, and Plant Leadership, along with Finance profiles covering Commercial Finance, FP&A, Plant Finance, Internal Audit, Controls, and Accounting. Additionally, you will drive Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, employer branding, diversity and inclusion hiring, talent pipelining, and operational excellence while supporting other business functions as needed.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with proven end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate or agency setups. Prior recruitment experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors handling Supply Chain or Finance portfolios is highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management, market mapping, multi-requisition handling, and candidate engagement skills are required.
This is a regular full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Relocation support is not available.
