Location: AltF Success Tower, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana. Employment Type: Full-time. Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred. Experience: Freshers / 0-1 year. RSIS International Publication House is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join its team in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups. The role will involve coordinating candidate interviews and maintaining recruitment trackers, assisting with joining, onboarding and induction activities, maintaining employee records, HR documentation and attendance data, and supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination. The intern will also assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MS Excel and Google Sheets trackers, coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements, support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives, and assist the HR team with routine administrative tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or be pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and a positive attitude with willingness to learn. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment is required. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. The internship provides practical exposure to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Documentation, Attendance Management, HR Coordination and MS Excel.
