Description:
We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior HR Leader to independently manage the complete HR function for an organization with approximately 1,500 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the complete HR function for an organization of approximately 1,500 employees.
• Manage, guide, and drive a team of 100+ HR professionals.
• Oversee HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
• Oversee employee background verification, documentation, and verification processes.
• Establish and strengthen HR systems, processes, reporting mechanisms, MIS, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and escalations.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment coordination, workforce management, attendance, leave, and employee discipline.
• Work closely with senior management to implement HR strategies and organizational requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between HR, operations, and other departments.
• Identify HR process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Build a highly accountable and performance-driven HR culture.
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong experience in a senior HR leadership or management role.
• Must have experience managing an HR team of 100+ members.
• Must have handled HR operations for a workforce of 1,500+ employees or a similarly large organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour compliance, employee verification, and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
• Should be highly organized, assertive, and capable of managing large teams.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Gurgaon-based candidates preferred.
