Role: HR Executive
Job Overview:
Phoenix Info Solution is hiring an experienced HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations, talent recruitment, employee communication, and labor law compliance in Bengaluru.
Job Details:
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Experience Required: 3–4 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor's or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing general HR operations, employee lifecycle workflows, and administrative processes.
- Driving end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Overseeing compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Managing workplace communication, employee query resolution, and internal announcements.
- Conducting onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate employee database records, HR MIS, and personnel documentation.
Eligibility Criteria / Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and proficiency in MS Office / HR tools.
- Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and structured organizational management.
