We're Hiring: Senior HR Manager
AnantTattva Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to independently manage and strengthen the complete HR function!

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 6 - 10 Years
Role Overview:
The role involves strategic as well as hands-on responsibility across people, processes, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions to ensure timely hiring
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI tracking, and appraisal processes
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture-building initiatives
- Manage HR operations, full employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Oversee payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, increments, and Full & Final Settlements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, POSH, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
- Handle employee relations, workplace grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Oversee office administration and vendor coordination
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for leadership
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance and employee-centric culture
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
- 6 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end HR management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in policy drafting and PMS implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS platforms
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the HR function
