Industry: HR Consulting and Recruitment Services. Employee Size: 10000+ Employees. Adecco is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement for a role based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing high-volume hiring, closing niche, mid-level, and senior-level positions, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals. Key responsibilities include handling the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, and other social platforms, managing high-volume hiring requirements within defined timelines, coordinating interviews, ensuring seamless candidate experience, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, maintaining and updating ATS and recruitment trackers, building strong talent pipelines, supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, and generating recruitment reports. Required skills include proven experience in Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition, high-volume and niche hiring expertise, strong sourcing skills using portals and social media, hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, knowledge of HR operations, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
