Role Overview:
Skyleaf is hiring an Assistant Manager - HRBP for a leading retail/F&B client in Mumbai. The role combines business partnering, full-lifecycle recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance, including weekly visits to retail outlets and the central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across store operations, central kitchen, and corporate functions.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and grievance resolution mechanisms.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF).
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, performance management, and exit processes.
- Maintain detailed HR and talent acquisition MIS reports for executive management.
- Conduct weekly site visits across operational outlets and central kitchen units to evaluate manpower and HR needs.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of core experience in recruitment, HR operations, and business partnering.
- Mandatory background in QSR, F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Bakery, or FMCG sectors.
- MBA or PGDM in HR Management (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF).
- Willingness to travel weekly across local outlets and central kitchen setups.
