BloomchemAG is looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to take charge as the Head of Human Resources (HR HOD) on-site in Noida. In this executive leadership role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to build, transform, and lead a robust people function supporting the organization next phase of growth.
You will own end to end HR strategy, organizational development, corporate culture, and the alignment of the company Vision, Mission, and Core Values across all business verticals. Key responsibilities include creating short and long term workforce plans, designing and refining HR policies, processes, and systems, and leading the Performance Management System (PMS) through clear KPIs and goal setting frameworks. Additionally, you will define organization structures, grading and designation levels, execute compensation restructuring including incentive and variable pay models, lead critical talent acquisition, drive retention and succession planning, and spearhead learning and leadership development programs. The role also oversees employee engagement, pulse checks, internal communications, Rewards and Recognition (R&R) programs, HRMIS analytics dashboards, legal and statutory HR governance in coordination with legal counsel, and providing executive coaching and leadership support across the organization. The ideal candidate brings extensive HR leadership or HRBP background, a hands-on yet strategic mindset, and superior stakeholder management abilities.
