Hiring for an HR - D2C Talent Acquisition & Operations role based in Andheri, Mumbai. Industry: D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Lifestyle Sector. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for D2C business requirements and handling complete hiring activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, coordinating interviews, managing the complete hiring pipeline, handling employee onboarding and HR operations, maintaining recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports, coordinating with business teams and hiring managers for manpower requirements, and supporting HR documentation and employee engagement activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations, end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, LinkedIn and Naukri recruitment, Recruitment MIS and Excel, offer management and onboarding. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to handle multiple positions and hiring targets.
