Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end onboarding operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance through joining at Manyata Tech Park, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end onboarding activities from offer acceptance to joining, creating candidate profiles and maintaining accurate documentation, initiating, monitoring, and tracking background verification processes, resolving candidate queries and ensuring timely communication, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs, process guidelines, and quality standards, managing multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information, and demonstrating ownership and flexibility during high-volume onboarding periods. Required skills include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in onboarding or HR operations, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in HR systems, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office applications, excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
