Diksha Technologies is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join its Hyderabad team. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate management, and timely hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring teams.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offers, negotiate with candidates, and support them until joining.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Positive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates are preferred.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
